Rick Fischer, Morrison & Foerster

Rick Fischer is chair of the financial services practice group at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Mr Fischer’s practice focuses on retail financial services, privacy and data security. His practice also has a special emphasis on e-commerce, technology and financial services joint ventures, as well as compliance and enforcement matters involving the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
