His practice emphasizes a broad range of business, commercial, and financial disputes, securities fraud, class actions, claims regarding mergers and acquisitions, disputes in bankruptcy, and employment-related claims. Steve litigates and tries cases in U.S. federal and state courts and in domestic and international arbitrations, and has led internal corporate investigations.
