Among his representations were the resolution and winding-up committees of Kaupthing Bank hf (formerly Iceland’s largest bank) following its collapse in 2008; the Lehman Brothers estate in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy; the Enron estate in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy; creditors and receivers of structured investment vehicles; Global Crossing in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy; a creditors’ committee in the Federal Mogul Chapter 11 bankruptcy; and liquidators and administrators of English and offshore companies.
